Monitoring and Evaluation Lead, Responsible Sourcing Initiative

Sneha leads monitoring and evaluation and capacity building at scale for the Responsible Sourcing Initiative, a multi-year program addressing human rights challenges in recycling value chains and advancing responsibly sourced recycled materials.

Sneha brings more than 16 years of diverse professional experience across the corporate and social sectors, spanning agriculture, rural markets, microfinance, water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH), and the waste management sector.

Prior to this role, Sneha was Head of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning at FINISH Society, where her contributions were instrumental in the incubation and establishment of a robust monitoring and evaluation system, knowledge management processes, and the expansion of research initiatives. She also led initiatives at FINISH, focusing on need-based program design, participatory and immersive research, and grant management across national and international landscapes. Sneha currently serves as a board member at FINISH Society.

Sneha holds a Diploma in Management from Vaikunth Mehta National Institute of Cooperative Management, India.
