Launched the Harmonized Responsible Sourcing Framework for Recycled Plastics, the first global effort to support implementation of responsible sourcing in recycling value chains, with input from over 40+ stakeholders including the informal sector.

Initiated implementation projects in Viet Nam, Indonesia, India and Kenya in select supply chains with a goal of improving the livelihoods of 50,000 informal waste sector workers by 2026.

250+ stakeholders engaged at global forums and convenings on key topics of responsible sourcing and the human rights of the informal sector including the UN Human Rights and Business Forum Asia-Pacific and the Global Plastic Treaty negotiations.

1,500+ financial decision-makers accessed the award-winning Plastics Circularity Investment Tracker to understand private capital flows into relevant solutions.

600+ users accessed our GHG calculator, PLACES, to access data on the climate impact of plastic waste management practices in six countries in Asia.

300+ users accessed Country and City Waste Landscapes to view country and city-level waste management and plastic pollution-related data across 40 countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America.

2500+ public and private sector stakeholders engaged in a series of webinars co-hosted by the Financing Coordination Group to better understand financing considerations and resource mobilization towards a Global Plastics Treaty.

53,213 tonnes of ocean-bound plastic were collectively diverted over seven years by members of NextWave Plastics, a consortium of multinational companies.
