Nayara leads the Latin America projects of the Responsible Sourcing Initiative, a multi-year program addressing human rights challenges in recycling value chains and advancing responsibly sourced recycled materials.

Nayara brings 16 years of experience in supply chain, responsible sourcing, and human rights due diligence, with a strong track record working with global brands across Latin America and North America.

Previously, Nayara held senior roles at Unilever and Nestlé, where she led responsible sourcing and social compliance programs across global supply chains. At LRQA, she managed PepsiCo’s Human Rights Due Diligence programs globally. She also worked as a Senior Project Manager at Alvarez & Marsal, focusing on supplier performance and value chain risk management.

Nayara holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Pharmacy from Ouro Preto Federal University, Brazil, and is currently pursuing a Business Management degree at Fundação Dom Cabral. She is also a certified Green Belt Six Sigma professional.
