As the first session in the Plastic Reboot Technical Working Groups Webinar Series, the webinar, “Fiscal Mechanisms: Setting the Rules and Incentives for Circularity,” provided an overview of fiscal mechanisms and their role in leveling the playing field for plastics circularity within national contexts. The Circulate Initiative’s Director of Programs and Research, Matthew Fraser, joined the session to introduce these fiscal measures and mechanisms.
